Edmina’s work is principally in strategy, evaluation and volunteer program development. With over 20 years of multinational experience, her work focuses on the impact and long tern sustainability of programs that engage volunteers. She developed the SDVN™ model and curriculum for Self-Directed Volunteer Teams™.

Founder and Principal of Age With Ease, an organisation that partners with older adults and their loved ones, businesses, and communities to promote a positive, proactive approach to ageing.
A Training Consultant specializing in volunteer management, Boomer engagement and the leadership of volunteer teams. Scott is also a Shiatsu practitioner and his interests include 50+ civic engagement, group dynamics, transformative learning, Jungian psychology, alternative health, traditional Chinese medicine and Quakerism.
Director of the Madison (WI) Senior Center, a municipal facility, since 1988. She is a national consultant, trainer, and keynote speaker on senior centers, volunteerism, retirement, and aging issues.
Dr. Andrea S. Taylor
Andrea is the developer of Across Ages, an evidence based intergenerational mentoring program (NREPP, 2010) and the first in the nation to intentionally target people 55+ as mentors. Through her business, TaylorConsulting, LLC, she provides training and technical assistance to non-profits in strategies for engaging older adults in a variety of meaningful paid/unpaid roles.
Dr. Leslie Keelty
An experienced Management and Leadership Consultant, Leslie also serves as Adjunct Faculty at University of Maryland University College, and a ProBono consultant for The Taproot Foundation. She is certified as a Human Capital Strategist and Strategic Workforce Planner.
